Lifespring Farm in Ndola, Zambia is owned & run by Josie & Tony Benn, Derry & Mike Burn originally from West Sussex, UK.

When most people would settle to retire after a successful career & raising a family these innovative people began a new adventure.

For a number of years they had been involved in helping to develop a variety of aid projects in Zambia. They began to look for a farm that could be a permanent home base and at the same time provide crops to resource their charitable projects.

In 2002 they found Lifespring Farm in Ndola and the adventure began planting and restoring the run down farm.

Lifespring is a flourishing working farm with many hectares of crops including bananas, sunflowers & maize, they also raise poultry & other animals.

Lifespring Farm has recently begun to grow agro-fuel crops pioneering a project to bring a new source of self-sufficiency for the people of Zambia.

Now into their 8th year they continue to develop innovative community projects & provide accommodation for volunteers coming to support the work of The Lifespring Foundation (Africa).
